Hi everyone! I haven't posted anything in a long while, but I was been really busy the past few months. I'll try to post/comment more though.

I can't believe Thanksgiving is almost here. I'm kind of dreading it since (like I've said many times here) I'm not a big fan of family gatherings. I am excited for Christmas though. I can't wait to start decorating and I'm already planning on what I'm going to get everyone (though I'm sure some people have already decorated there homes are already done with there holiday shopping). I don't know, I've just been in a Christmas sort of mood lately, probably since the radio stations here have been playing non-stop holiday music. I'm sure by the time December comes I'll be totally sick of Christmas though.

I've been getting really lazy lately. I've got assignments due soon for my psychology class, literature class and writing class and I've been avoiding doing it, so I think I'll go work on all of that now. Yeah, that's probably a better idea than wasting time here....

Bye! :)

Today's my birthday, and again (like my past few b-days) I have no plans except eating lots of sweets (cake, candy-whatever may be around....) and just resting. I use to have  parties all the time for my birthday (or at least some sort of gathering of friends/acquaintances),  and during the parties I always ended up wishing after a while that I were alone or that there wasn't as many people around. I think it's the same way I feel about holidays; the anticipation/planning of the event is way more exciting, when the day actually comes it's kind of disapointing. I also prefer to be alone and not  have to deal with lots of people.  Which is why I don't trouble myself with parties or too many people on my birthday or holidays anymore; which kind of bothers my family/friends. Though I still enjoy getting gifts and cards....Nothing wrong with that I think.

I had an okay weekend, though I didn't do anything too exciting....Well I have nothing else to write about, so bye :)

[info]stoleallhearts gave me these questions:

1. Favourite Morrissey/The Smith's song?: For Morrissey my all-time favorite is The Last of the Famous International Playboys. For the Smiths it's Shoplifters of the World Unite. But I have so many favorites, it makes it so hard to choose!

2. I know you like the Office, Favourite character and a favourite quote from them :)?: My favorite character is probably Dwight, but I do love them all. And, to be fair, since I also love the UK version of The Office I'll include my favorites from that one. Favorite character from The Office UK (should be obvious...): Gareth. Favorite quotes....Oh, this one's difficult-so many good ones! Okay, my current off-the-top-of-my-head (as in, not necessarily the all-time best ever) favorites are: The Office US:  "I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it had turned back into my neighbor's dog."  The Office UK:  David: Look at this-"Dutch girls must be punished for having big boobs" Now, you do not punish a girl, Dutch or otherwise, for having big boobs. Gareth: If anything they should be rewarded. David: No, they should be equal.

3. What do you think is overrated?: Hmmmm.....I think being cool is overrated. I tried being a hipster and it's way too much work; I prefer being lame since it''s easier-lameness is underrated :)

4. What do you miss most from childhood?:  I probably miss most how much fun I was able to have as a kid; you know, not worrying at all. Being able to just have fun any where, any time and play.

5. Rupert Grint or Daniel Radcliff?: That's a tough one....I almost want to say Daniel, but I'll go with Rupert, since I like redheads :)

If any one wants any questions leave me a comment and I'll give you five of them :D

For the Thrill of It

Nothing much to write about. I stayed in most of the weekend and spent most of my time reading. Right now I'm reading For the Thrill of It by Simon Baatz. It's the true story about Nathan Leopold and Richard Loeb (who were friends/lovers) who, back in the 20's (since they thought they were some how above everyone else intellectually) killed a child just for the "thrill of it," thinking they committed the perfect crime. It's a really interesting book so far. I always was interested in this murder because of the movie Rope, which was somewhat based on the crime.

I went shopping today and bought the second season DVD of Secret Diary of a Call Girl. I've only seen the first season (which I also own) and since the second season DVD is only a few hours long  I'll probably watch it all at once later. I really have nothing else better to do.

Bye for now :)
